The Richfield Communications Center is the Public Safety Answering Point for Millard, Piute, Sevier, and Wayne Counties and provides communications services to Garfield, Juab, Kane, and Sanpete Counties. "Elle the Elephant" the mascot for the Richfield Center is pro-active in 9-1-1 awareness programs for schools, parades, or civic organizations.
